1. Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to software, e-books, templates, stock footage, and design assets, are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded or accessed.

• No refunds will be provided for digital items that were on sale or are no longer available in our catalogue.

• Vouchers will not be refunded but exchanged for their current value on the catalogue. If you purchased a WordPress voucher and the product is no longer on special, you will be evaluated based on the value of the voucher, not the product. All digital products, including but not limited to software, e-books, templates, stock footage, and design assets, are non-refundable and non-returnable once the purchase has been completed and the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

2. Subscription Services

If you have subscribed to any of our digital services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, payments already made are non-refundable except in the following cases:

• The service was not delivered as promised.
• There was a billing error resulting in an incorrect charge.

For subscription cancellations, you must notify us at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
